The trip from Port Klang - Batu Laut - Kuantan took EIGHT hours
I LOST the regatta, and to most of the girls, including all my rivals
My wish came TRUE: Perfect GPA for my fifth semester *So Happy and Thankful*
Zaid is BACK in KL!!!
Watched KING KONG - 3 hours :S
Bought new shoes - Skechers Sport... hahaha... I've been breaking a lot of my sports shoes lately, that I actually had to buy a new one, before i totally break my mom's sports shoes
Two new MANGAs!!! Fruits Basket Vol 8 & Shaman King Vol 7 (No, I didn't buy them all at once... just one day in between... xD)

Practical Training's Second Briefing... that keep changing dates... apparently now scheduled to be next Thursday, clashing with my camp... I guess I'll take some time off the camp :-p

there patchi goes...
IELTS is over and done... and the only part I enjoyed, was the speaking component of the exam...
I did meet my junior from secondary school, Kenn Lee, sitting for the same examination, in the same hall... ;)
Anyhow, after the IELTS, I had to head straight for home and started packing... I'm due at Batu Laut for centralised training... for the state's sailors... xD I went there on Sunday morning anyways :p
Anyway, I came back home yesterday morning, and I learnt that my pet turtle Patchi, died :( Which was pretty sad, since we've been giving Patchi the antibiotics and such, as prescribed by the vet... and he seems to be more active lately, so I thought that he was on the road to recovery... except that he still didn't eat... Apparently the day I left for Batu Laut, my lil bro found him sprawled and seemingly lifeless... :( He's now buried next to Yoshi, my lil bro's hand picked turtle...
Other than that, nothimg much happened... Finally managed to contact my course tutor, who is also the practical training coordinator, regaring my internship starting in January... Unfortunately, she was on leave on that day, so I have to call her again tomorrow morning... :p
I'm also packing up my bags to go sailing in Kuantan... Will be back on the 22nd of December, so you can expect no posts from me on this blog till then... :p

Take Patchi to the Vet
Procrastinated again and again... till finally i woke up early this morning (very very early) to get first in line, for the vet opens at 8.30AM... It's a public vet, so it's pretty cheap... only cost me RM10... Just that it seems that today, there wasn't any line... So I could've slept in :p
Register for the MyKad (chip based IC)
That was another reason i woke up damn early this morning... My plan was, get the queue number, go to the vet, then go back to the registration department... But I backed this one out, after seeing the very very long queue... The office is at the 2nd floor, but the line stretched to the carpark... Oh well, I guess I'll have to pay the RM100 fine for doing it next year...
Study for IELTS
Another thing that I haven't been doing... And the sample kit i bought is still untouched :D And the exam is less than 48 hours... hahahaha

Went for GE's interview on Monday... Had a surprise "test", when I had my english proficiency test by writing an essay, entitled My Life... other choices of titles include My Ambition and My Greatest Achievement in Life... Couldn't think of anything to write, but i guess i can call that practice for my IELTS :D
We (there were 10 ppl being interviewed for internship in GE) also had to present a topic on something to do with the number of unemplyed grads-who to blame? society/grads? We (my group) blamed the grads... While some of my group mates were writing the points on some mahjong paper-like paper :p Some of the initial spelling mistakes, made me almost burst into laughter in the meeting room...

Well, I misplaced my cellphone since Monday, after the interview, and just found it lying on the back seat of my car yesterday... only then i could access Pn Rashidah's number, because I'm eager to work at Watson Wyatt, but WW's contact is with her... Tried calling her the whole day today, but I could never reach her :( *cry*

Apparently when my cellphone was MIA, my coaches and team manager tried to contact me... I've been summoned to train starting this Friday, for about 5 days, before heading to Pahang for more training, and a regatta... Wah... As much as I like sailing... I still need my internet :p But I'm an athlete, and I must go *heroic look* hahahaha... Of course, I'll be going AFTER my IELTS exam... but i still need my internet :( hehehe... i'm hopeless... but it does feel somewhat attached, since payment has begun... Two weeks without internet... but i'm having so much fun with Plushie Tycoon!!!! :K

PC FAIR :K
Well, I guess I'll just blog only when something special happens... if not, it's the usual, me and my computer, especially when it's a holiday...
Okay, so yesterday was my 3rd and final day of my job giving out drink samples... and i've already almost spent all my earnings by today xD I bought Fruits Basket Volume 7... muahahaha... and treated myself to dinner at Chilis...
Haha... today was quite a day... in the morning, my Plushie Tycoon game went bankrupt... so i had to restart... :-p Then for lunch time, I went out with my dad to Midvalley, but the traffic was so bad, we went to KFC in TTDI instead... hahaha... then went back home... so nothing new there... But later, at 5.15 PM, i followed my brother to KLCC where the 3rd PC Fair is held... he needed to purchase a motherboard, since he just fried his current one, by soldering, yes, soldering a ti ny component off, and lost it... xD besides that, his friend also had a booth, which was selling some stuff like PC magazines, and was holding a Typing of The Dead competition...
So we picked up Wan Yee from Bangsar before heading to Merv's coffee shop in Jalan Dang Wangi... and from there, the six of us, (plus more of Rudy's friends) walked to the Dang Wangi LRT station to take the LRT to KLCC... the first train was too packed, that we had to wait for the second...
At the PC Fair, my attention was somehow diverted from the assortment of electronics and gadgets to the variety of petite pretty gals, promoting the products... basically their uniform... go figure...
I also took part in that Typing of the Dead competition... hahaha... even though i didn't do as well as i thought i could, i still beat Rudy at it... hahaha... maybe i'm more used to my notebook keyboard, instead of a desktop keyboard :p
For dinner, we ate at KLCC's Chilis... yummy... i couldn't even finish my meal (somehow expected) but I just ordered an appetizer... hahahaha... but the bottomless Ice Lemon Tea was good :D
From KLCC, we walked back to Jalan Dang Wangi... yes, we WALKED back... it was a pretty unique experience for me, as I've never walked the streets of KL at night before... Before leaving the building, we looked for the washroom, but found the premier one, where u have to pay RM2 to use it... No way!!! I passed Zouk for the first time... hahaha.. that's like so pathetic, but it's true... it's my first time seeing Zouk for real... We also passed Saloma Bistro... now that place I could identify, since i had my secondary school prom there...
When almost reaching the car, parked at the coffeeshop, it started to rain!!! HAHAHA... so we were caught in the rain, and went back home... End of day... :D

and I feel like my holidays are yet to begin... :-p
the day after my final paper, i worked at Semua House giving out Pokka Green Tea with Jasmine samples to the public... Standing up for approx 4 hours definitely wore my feet... that even my shoe's sole, came off... :S Nothing special happened during my job... even today, when I gave out samplings in Sunway Pyramid...
However, there were definitely a big crowd in Sunway Pyramid... and lots of males too... (nothing new) but it was pretty funny the way some guys tend to react to girls in skirts giving out free drinks... one particular male tripped over the curb when reaching out for a drink from my tray, and caused all his friends, passer-bys, even traffic officers, plus myself to chuckle so much...
okay... maybe that wasn't so interesting after all...
back to my exams... first two papers didn't go well at all... ironically, they were the subjects that i was most comfortable with... go figure... i never remember the formulae for stuff related to sequence and series... and tough luck for me, one of the financial mathemathics question involved that... by the night before my second paper, operations research, i was pretty happy and confident that i had understood all the topics and such... plus, i could do all the past year questions too... however, due to the techniques thought to us, that differed from other classes of the same subject, we took somehow the long way to answer questions... that resulted most of my class to ran out of time, before being able to complete the exam... i myself didn't complete two major questions *angry*
well, what is done, is done... i'll see how my results will turn out... thankfully, i did the last two papers ok (there were four papers altogether)
enough babble for now... my eyes are droopy... gotta sleep... sleep... sleeeeeep.......

The basics
I went out for my first "make-up" shopping today... Got a 3 in 1 Express Makeup from Maybelline and a some sort of lipstick from Silkygirl... lol... the price i had to pay : 0
Lol.. I'm glad i have those cash vouchers that my dad won from one of his golf tournaments, so I won't feel too bad fishing out too much cash for my first makeup stuff... :D
Now I'm looking forward to try the eye-liner... I thought I'd learn to use it before buying it myself... ;)
So... I'm home only for a day, since I'm still in the middle of my finals... can't wait till it's all over... only one more paper to go... Actuarial Maths :D:D:D I'll talk about the exams once they're over... Right now, I just want to catch up with what i can... ;)

Many people won't believe this: I've NOT started studying for my finals yet... First paper is on Wednesday, but i'm still at home, while all my study notes, lectures, etc is kept in my room at college... And after five semesters of studying, only whose who really knows me well, would know that I really haven't studied yet... and i don't care whether u believe it or not :p
So... I'm in the middle of packing... hoping to stay in college for two weeks straight to study intensively for my finals... Quite frankly, I'm starting to feel nervous and a bit intimidated to face my four papers, which are scheduled so close to each other... Example, I have Operations Research on Saturday, and Applied Statistics on Sunday... *must they be on weekends??* :K:K:K *grr*
After that, I'll be working for two days... and I've not yet resolved my make-up learning issue... I've no idea when is the next time i'll be online, so don't spam my scratch board *glares at tetrino and peanut*

I've been doing lots of stuff, but studying... haha... my finals is in less than a week, but i'm still either at the computer playing games, or at the playstation 2 instead... although i've finished champions of norrath, tetrino and i have continued to the next difficulty level... it's kinda like playing diablo 2... it's more on building and improving your character, and finding unique items... tee hee hee...
anyhow, i should be back in college by sunday to get some studying done...
i've been looking for a vet to take my turtle to, but i don't know if it's worth it... we've already buried one turtle, and i don't want to have to bury patchi as well... he hasn't been eating for so long, and he's wheezing... but vets can be pretty expensive... tried to go to a government ver on friday, only to find out that the vet is open only from mondays to thursdays... however, i've not been to a vet before, and a first trip somehow makes me pretty nervous... i keep imagining that vets don't treat reptiles such as my turtle... :(
there're dozens and dozens of mosquito in my house :K and in my room too... i'm happy that they neither bite nor disturb me in my sleep, but having them fly all over the place is pretty annoying... and the repellants are not working either... my repellant is placed right under my desk, and that's where all the mosquitos are hanging out :K
back to make up and dark knees, i've received numerous suggestions... thanks a lot, everyone!!! *hugs* now i need to work on my confidence... hahaha

Over the causeway...
It has been a long time since I last visited my relatives in Singapore... It was a bit short, though, the trip... I would've liked to stay longer... At least, I managed to meet up with ironik... That was awesome... Now everytime i see good food, i think of her... haha... i learnt how much ironik appreciates food... that explains all those pictures of food she sent me long before my trip to singapore... it was cool... now i can't wait to meet more of my neofriends, although i'd feel awkward and shy at first... xD somehow, i kept looking out for slacker.. hahaha.. although it's almost a zero chance to bump into him in the town...
Besides that, it wasn't really an eventful trip, besides hearing Afiq, a nephew, talk a lot... hahaha... pics up on the other blog...

it has been a couple of tiring days... cleaning the house and shopping for clothes to celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri (Eid)
only one more day to fast, and if i make it through the last day (tomorrow), that means i managed to fast for the whole month of Ramadan... a feat that is rare among women, since you cannot fast when you're having your period... hahaha... my cycles are always abnormal... =P
on the other hand, the guild webbie is up again after two weeks... the only thing, is that it is relocated to http://tggon.inferneo.com/ and now i'm html-happy again... if only my exams aren't after Raya... sierra and i have been messing with the idea of blogging the news section of the guild webbie... so far so good... later, we discovered iframes with the help of myuu... and started dwelling and teaching ourselves how to use iframes... and now it works awesome on the guild webbie... XD i just can't wait till my exams are over, so that we can fully refurbish the whole website to look more professional, totally handy, up-to-date, frequently used, and most of all, satisfying... hahaha

Yesterday was a truly tiring day... super cleaned the bathroom, and my room... because i needed to make a lot of space for the stuff that i'm going to bring back from college... there's too much junk in the house... that night, we had two regular pizzas and chicken wings from dominos for break fast/dinner... big mistake.. it wasn't enough at all... so we ordered cantonese style yee mee and fried rice from downstairs... only then, did i feel more content... XD
Today, spent the whole day at RSYC... some of the ppl in the youth team didn't turn up, or turned up late.. very very late... I'm so not surprised... It's sad that so many malaysians are never punctual... it's very frustrating to wait for people, and it's just plain inconsiderate...
On the bright side, I met Dominic there (my skipper) who told me that our team won second place overall, in the Platu series... yay! Also met with Uncle Jimmy, but I didn't get to chat with him long... he seems pretty busy... :(
Anyway, before heading back home, we dropped by in Shah Alam's PKNS, where mom wanted to shop for raya stuff and dinner... The chicken she bought was as tough as tough can be... it was so hard to even chew on... oh well... *makes mental note never to buy chicken from a certain stall in PKNS...*

Last night... spent the night wrestling with the internet connection.. my notebook was in my mom's room, because i decided to sleep in her room tonight... (where my fan is)... but the connection was so bad... finally i took my notebook back to my room, and the connection was much much better... i'm not sure if the distance between my notebook and the router played a big role in the internet connection tho... *unsure*

No fan... no Act III...
For two nights I've been sleeping without my fan... I've switched to using my fan ever since my air conditioner started leaking very badly... so when i came back two days ago from college, i notice my table fam missing from my room... my mom and bro took it and kept it in their room :p seems that their air conditioner started leaking very badly too... so it was no fan/aircon for me.. two nights so far... at least, i could still fall asleep...
Lucky thing I got the fan from my dad before his house got broken into... lost almost every electronic thing in the house... except for the TV, although the remote for that TV was gone... but now that fan is used not by me... :p *wants my fan back!* woke up today with a sore neck... :(
I've been playing Champions of Norrath with tetrino... but sadly, as we enter the Pit of Ill Omen (Act III), the game just stopped... *cries*
And I'm not sure wether to stick to this new layout, or find one without frames.. oh well... time will tell ;)

One last test... done.
The final test before the examinations has just been done this morning... I went back to college on Sunday, to keep Zura company, escape from chores, and hopefully do a little studying... well... kinda...
I just didn't want to go back on Monday, because I know I will linger as long as I can at home, and therefore not getting much time to study, since all my notes are in college...
Anyhow, I ended up studying only the night before the test (Monday night at 10 PM), and I was done by 2 AM :D
At least, I think I did okay for the test...

well, on Sunday, my roommate (Zura) and I decided to treat ourselves to a dinner at Casablanca Steak House... we entered the restaurant at about 6.35 PM, and ordered... (break fast at 7 PM) Under the appetizers, i spotted the Cantonese Style Ginger Beef Kuey Teow... one of my favorite dishes... seeing as it is listed under appetizer, i expected it to be quick, and not much... on top of that, I ordered an Chicken Escalope.. whatever that is... while Zura had Chicken Maryland... There were only about four tables occupied in the restaurant besides us...
SADLY...
Our main dishes arrived around 7.20 PM... that's at least 20 minutes after break fast time... and my appetizer is nowhere to be seen, till 7.40 PM... ODD... Well, at least I finish my main dish, but as I was halfway eating my *appetizer*, I noticed that it wasn't properly cooked, somewhat half cooked... A piece of meat even had too much pepper or seasoning on it, that it seeped into all my taste buds, and i had to grab my drink... Even the bill itself took another at least 20 minutes ro arrive!!
FUNNILY...
My roommate and I were wearing two different shirts with very identical colors... after the meal, we headed to the supermart, and even the cashier noticed that our shirts bore the same colors...

Yesterday was another fun day... i spent the whole morning playing games, when i should be studying... but you know... ;) anyhow, most of my other classmates have come back to the college for the night, and to sit for tomorrow's test... at 5 PM, we headed to one of the Ramadan Bazaars located in section 13... I met my coach who was selling burgers and such there... :-D we went there in two cars, five in each, and for the first time, I WASN'T THE ONE DOING THE DRIVING... muahahaha... i even took pics while being in the back seat... we bought tons of food... i bought some nasi lemak (something like flavoured rice with some veggies, egg, cockles and such), three pieces of honey chicken wings, ikan bakar (something like BBQ-ed fish, but literally translated as burnt fish) and a packet of soya milk for myself... YUMMY!!!
We all break fast and ate together ant one of the gazebos located in the college... yeesh... all this food talk is making me hungry... and i'm still fasting as i'm writing this post... anyhow, it's only about one more week left into the fasting month, and then i'll be facing the final examinations, which is possibly my last, before i start my internship and graduate...

Travels
Sigh... I'm really looking forward to study abroad... I'm so wanting to travel, and meet my friends... After celebrating Hari Raya this year at my dad's hometown, we're planning to go down to Singapore too... Hoping to mee ironik there :-D She said she's gonna take me for some meals, and maybe tour singapore.. hehehe... we'll see how that goes :-D
Wanted to meet slacker too, but he's too shy, so I guess I'll wait then... hahaha...
Will be heading back to college today... Can't wait till the final test is over... this semester's subjects are really giving me headaches...

Finally~!
The last week of lectures for this semester is almost over... Only one test to sit for during next week's study break, and then I'll be facing four papers in the finals... starting on the 16th of Oct till the 24th... oh.. and hari raya aidilfitri is coming real soon... right after the study break! *yay* time to earn some duit raya... of course, not to forget the prayers, well wishes, and of course, the asking for forgiveness...
So before I start babbling, I'd like to ask for forgiveness from all my family members, friends, lecturers, acquaintances, people who i barely know yet the know me better, and most importantly, to the Al-Mighty...
Okay, so I've been eager to blog since Tuesday... Tuesday was nothing special, besides the part where I went to McD's drive thru with two of my roommates, Zura and Iman... but the value of our take-away amounted to RM65... and that was due to the fact that there were about 8 ppl's worth of food being ordered... basically, i was given a list from my classmates, who wanted me to buy back some food for them :) i didn't think it was THAT much, but my roommates and I were pretty amused, when the person behind the counter, who was bagging all our goodies, suddenly exclaimed, Banyaknyer!!! (So much!!!)
*tried to upload the McD's pic here, but failed...* so peek into my other blog, to roughly see how much stuff i bought that day...
Wednesday was another normal day... expect that it was our last lecture (possibly forever) with Sir Azmir... unless of course, we come back to study in UiTM after our practical training... so after class, we took a picture with him XD *pokes Still Snaps again*
Then today, I skipped my first lecture, to keep my mind calm for my Introduction to Actuarial Maths' test... I spent the whole morning, (test was at 10.30 AM) trying to understand the nonforfeiture value, and how to calculate the minimum cash value of that nonforfeiture option... i hope i did ok...
Next was a visit to the Klang Hospital, to visit Aida, who's baby is due any second... the info i had earlier, was that visiting hours was from 4 PM - 7.30 PM... So I left college at 3.30 PM with Fhad, and arrived just nicely at 4 PM.. only to be stopped by a few guards, guarding the entrance to the lifts and rooms, and be told that visiting hours starts at 4.30 PM... *shucks* so we spent the time, reading a couple of archiecomics that i brought along xD
When we finally got up to the maternity floor... we waited for Aida's hubby to come, because she's still held in the Labour room, so our only means of communication was through the window... hahaha.. at least, it was all good :)
So now.. I'm back at home... sorting out the big batch of pics i just took... and thinking how much to upload...

went to myuu's pc... glad that the SPSS Evaluation edition is there, waiting for me to install it...
so i installed the program... got my printer from my room, attached it to myuu's pc, and plugged in my thumb drive...
my thumb drive didn't appear on the network again... and this time, it's neither in the My Computers folder, nor the My Network Places folder...
after searching, plugging and unplugging, myuu finally told me to disconnect the current D: drive, which is one of his many archives... and instantly my thumb drive appeared in its position...
next is to open up the SPSS output from my thumb drive using the Evaluation version of SPSS on myuu's computer...
when openning the print preview, only two (out of about nine pages) showed up... i couldn't figure out what's wrong... played around with a lot of options and stuff on the printer options, settings, page setup.. whatever... still couldn't figure out what was wrong with the output... maybe it's the software itself... *shrugs*
so i just tried printing the output anyway... but as i click the "Print" button, bang! an error messages pop up, stating "Unspecified Error" *grrrrr*
it didn't even work, when i exported the output into a text document... only the titles appeared.. nothing else... the main reason my team didn't copy and paste the images, outputs and graphs, was mainly due to the fact that the image would turn out funny, hard to edit, and doesn't fit in the page at all...
i had no choice but to bring my printer to college...
as i was packing up, myuu IM-ed me saying that he's coming home, because it's my fault that I made him stay awake last night, downloading the SPSS software, and making him too tired to work.. i don't know.. *shrugs & sighs*
oh course, there are already people poking me at the fact that i didn't follow through my plans to stay in college from sunday till thursday... i knew that that was coming to me... and how naturally quick i am into heading to the residential college's public computers... yech *gives up*

What happened today...
I woke up anf studied for my test... after that, i headed home, to print my resumes and more copies of the answer form and practical training guidelines... i was also supposed to print my Applied Statistics assignment... I left my computer in college on purpose... At home, (around 3 pm, since my test finished at 2 pm), I plugged in my thumb drive, and printer from my room to my brother's computer (myuu), which I'm using right now... but the thumb drive didn't appear in My Computers...
After about 20 minutes of searching, rebooting and such, I finally found it under the computer's network folder... so i started printing... then i realized that this computer doesn't have the SPSS software needed to print out the appendices of my assignment... so i printed out what i can...
Then comes the pasting of pictures, and writing down the address on the envelopes... dad was already waiting to take me to the car workshop to service my car... the printer was already unplugged and kept in my room... then i realized, i ran out of copies of my own resume... so it's back to scurrying around the house, plugging back the printer and stuff... only at 4.20 PM was I ready and got all my stuff together... so i picked dad up and we headed to the workshop... it was already 5.15 PM when we're done...
Next was a stop at the bank, where dad had to deposit a cheque... i was contemplating what to do... as i planned to go back to college after servicing my car... but i also realized, that i left my thumb drive at home... and i still need to post the letters, after buying some stamps first... most of the post offices are closed already, but i knew some opened till night... but in order to drive back to college, i must arrived before the day is dark, for my eye sight worsens at night... So i thought that I'd pass my letters to my dad, for him to go to midvalley, buy the stamps needed there and post straightaway, but there's still that possibility that the post office there changed their working hours due to the fasting month... and if that happens, i've to post them myself the next morning, for dad is heading back to JB as i type this entry...
After much contemplation, and a call to my roommate, who was using my PC to do her assignment, i finally decide to spend the night at home, and break fast with my dad and tetrino... alas, the post office did close early during the fasting month.. which means i have to post them first thing tomorrow morning... (if only i had kept a stash of stamps)
Since I'm at home right now, I'm waiting for myuu to come back, and hopefully get him to download the SPSS trial, so that I can print my assignment output... *hopes he's not grumpy tonight*

Next was a stop at the bank, where dad had to deposit a cheque... i was contemplating what to do... as i planned to go back to college after servicing my car... but i also realized, that i left my thumb drive at home... and i still need to post the letters, after buying some stamps first... most of the post offices are closed already, but i knew some opened till night... but in order to drive back to college, i must arrived before the day is dark, for my eye sight worsens at night... So i thought that I'd pass my letters to my dad, for him to go to midvalley, buy the stamps needed there and post straightaway, but there's still that possibility that the post office there changed their working hours due to the fasting month... and if that happens, i've to post them myself the next morning, for dad is heading back to JB as i type this entry...
After much contemplation, and a call to my roommate, who was using my PC to do her assignment, i finally decide to spend the night at home, and break fast with my dad and tetrino... alas, the post office did close early during the fasting month.. which means i have to post them first thing tomorrow morning... (if only i had kept a stash of stamps)
Since I'm at home right now, I'm waiting for myuu to come back, and hopefully get him to download the SPSS trial, so that I can print my assignment output... *hopes he's not grumpy tonight*

Thursday was a busy day... went to pick up my 512mb memory stick in Giant, and posted two resumes off... one to PNB, the other to Watson Wyatt... sadly, the person we addressed the resume to, in Watson Wyatt have been relocated... oh dear... i've no idea what will be of our resumes...
Anyhow, I'm starting to feel lazy again to apply to more places...
The test for QMT337 didn't seem so bad... but I've no idea how the finals will be like... therefore, i'm hunting for past exam papers online.. hopefully i can get an idea on how the finals for that course will be like... and other courses as well...

Yesterday, I went to Plaza Damas to hand in my resume to SBB Mutual Bhd... It turns out that I'm handing my resume to my own senior... lol... being someone who's not familiar with the seniors in my course, i didn't recognize him at all... only halfway through the interview i realized that this is the famous senior of ours, whose profile is posted on the faculty board... so this is the abg mahadi all my classmates have been talking about, ever since his profile was published... *pokes a few friends* no wonder he knew sooo much about my lecturers, and others who don't teach my batch...
The bad thing was, it was my first trip to Plaza Damas, although I've been in Hartamas Shopping Centre before... i parked at block A... and had to find block F... plus the place itself looks like a maze...
I've been pretty much sitting at the notebook the whole day, scouring pictures, and insurance companies... I don't think I'll be applying Takaful Nasional afterall... they haven't replied to my e-mail, although it has been fowarded to the person in charge... at least, i think i've got a spot from my earlier interview... my cgpa pwnz! LOL
Now I'm gonna check Prudential and PNB

Ramadan...
I've been fasting for three days already... So far so good... Except that on the third day (today), I didn't eat before fasting... So I got a headache the whole day... Plus I had to sit for a quiz... Now I've broke fast about 1 hr ago, and i still have a headache.. plus an upset tummy... I guess i ate to fast...
I've been having lots of fun with my new digicam... So I've been bombarding my picture blog with more shots that i took.. :D

It's a brand~ new~ month...
It's going to be the fasting month soon... and I need to gain weight...
Over the weekend, I was at a sailing regatta at Batu Laut... got 8th place for the sponsor race, but I didn't fare well during the individual races at all... Sailing the radial sail, which is bigger than the 4.7 sail that I'm used to compete in, is definitely a lot more challenging... especially when i couldn't handle the 4.7 sail very well in strong winds... frankly, i want to gain weight, but i'm feeling kinda pessimistic about it, and i'm at my wits end... The picture shows the boat I compete with, except the fact that it's a one-man boat, meaning that I've no passengers :p (I took that picture, while Aida was sailing my boat with Zurina as her passenger)
On Saturday, 1st of October, I managed to rush from the sailing center, after retiring from the last race to UiTM for a pre-graduation dinner... It was tiring and scary, due to the fact that my dad had a short burst of road rage, till he argued with a lorry driver... I arrived exactly at 8 PM, to find that NONE of my friends have arrived yet... until 30 minutes later :P:P:P
Saiful and Hamid attended the wedding too, fully clad in the malay traditional clothes (Baju Melayu)... they look soooo smart! :D i looooooove men in baju melayu XD

Besides that, I was also awarded the Acedemic Excellence Award for Diploma students... man... when i first entered the hall and sat at my table (alone, of course), i thought that the hall didn't look so big as it was the last time i was there... but when i went up to collect my award, (our table was right at the end), i felt like the walk took me ages... :P
Anyway, I'm gonna look for food right now.. I'm hungry XD

anyway, let's see now... my last post seems to be on thursday... that night, i argued to go to class, but it seems that it's too dangerous to drive when all three of your brake lights out... seems like a trivial matter, but i'm not taking chances... especially when i myself rely on other ppl's brake lights, to cue me to start slowing down... sudden stops = disaster
therefore, i didn't attend the SOA Class... nor did I go to Batu Laut on that day.
initially planned to go very very early saturday morning... only to be notified about two awesome warehouse sales... SONY and Scholl... so the updated plan was: go to Sony first, then drop by at Scholl, then go for training...
what actually happened was... went to Sony early, but there was already a big jam... items to catch was speakers and mp3 player (for cars) and a dsc-t1 (digicam).. the sale was supposed to start at 10 AM, but we could only make our way there buy 9.55 AM, and found out that they've opened at 9.45 AM... we split up to grab the stuff, with me going to the cybershot section... but they're all taken! i waited still, just in case some people changed their minds and put back their products.... so abt an hour later, i managed to get my hands on an unwanted dsc-t1 for RM499... and that's the only thing we managed to obtain... (speakers & mp3 players sold out)... unfortunately, due to the fact that it was the first time Sony had a warehouse sale, the checkout counter was pretty much screwed up... it took me about 3 hours, just to stand in line, to pay for my product, amidst a huge sweaty crowd with their products held tightly by their sweaty hands... at one moment, i didn't even need to stand, because i was pushed from all directions, that i could just lean one some fella...
i didn't go to the Scholl sale...
later i finally arrived at batu laut sailing center, where i'll be training every week... after 1.5 hours of driving... i'm happy to hear one of the managers, that they'll reimburse my petrol usage... XD
that night, i stayed in one of the younger sailorgirl's house, just opposite the road... ppl i've not met before... it was very very awkward... especially when they're having a kenduri arwah that night... but sleeping there was awesome... yet the sanctuary of my room is unbeatable :)

Last week, I received news that there was a regatta during the weekend in lumut, just after i paid to go for the actuarial science dinner... Had to figure out where to go...
This week, I'm scheduled to start training in Batu Laut on Friday, and participate in another regatta at the place where I'll be training... and in between my waiting to receive the athlete form from my coach, I received news that I was "picked" to represent my batch in my faculty's pregraduation dinner, on the same weekend as my next regatta...
At the same time, I have to translate my letter of application for a place to do my practical training... That means, I have to get the letterhead from my faculty, or get them to print it for me... So I messaged my program head's cellphone, to ask her when she'll be in her office, since I need to discuss the letter, and the fact that she picked me to go for that dinner... only to have her replied to tell me to see another lecturer who i've not met, and whose office i couldn't find...
And I had a test today... And another one next week... And I have to figure out by next week about what to do for the dinner and stuff...
Plus tomorrow's Wanie's and my dad's birthday!!! And Nads birthday on Saturday!!! ARgh... so many things in just a couple of days happening...
Many times today and yesterday, I wanted to do absolutely nothing... perhaps that explain my cravings to just sleep... and sleep as much as I can... that wanting to do nothing, think of nothing made me skip class yesterday...
Probably it doesn't sound like there's much to think and worry about...
Ah.. plus I haven't been having my tutoring sessions... I waited on Tuesday night, but he didn't turn up... I tried to make myself think that my main priority is education.. but I couldn't help thinking of all the ties I had with the people around me, and that if i neglect my other responsibilities, it will cause a disatisfication among these people towards me... and i've learned the hard way of how that might affect me...
At times like this, I really hoped to hear from my certain "someone"... but I keep forgetting to purchase the calling card, and ended up snoozing... again...

Found out on Wednesday that there was a regatta over this weekend... a little to late to be notified, for i've already paid my ticket for Friday night's dinner...
Thursday's quiz was okay... it was amusing to see my lecturer just thinking up the questions while writing them on the board...
Also on thursday, I skipped the lunch hour's class... *grinning* Me, Nads and Wanie spent that time in McD's with me trying out the Grilled Chicken Foldover for the first and the very last time... Nads and I were also convincing Wanie to go shopping with us the next day
Thursday night, Nads finally decided to attend the dinner afterall... and the next day, four of us (+ Faizah) will be shopping for clothes =D
Friday morning, before having to fetch them from the station, bubbles and I played with the ranks in tggon and demoted each other... sierra caught up pretty quick and put us back where we supposedly belong XD
Then when i went to fetch Nads, it turns out that the other two were delayed in Shah Alam, so we went back to my place first, and Nads even managed to make herself a Tuna Sandwich... An hour later, we picked the other two from the station and went shopping for four hours straight!
We after buying Wanie's skirt, we finally finished up our shopping at fyi where Wanie and Nads found their tops, and I found my two piece outfits... The shopkeepers were very friendly and helpful with our selection of clothes and such :) They did their job well... surely, especially when we spent a total of at about RM400 in their shop... I didn't get to buy or learn any make up stuff tho...
Finally it's Friday night, where we went to the dinner... yada yada... i don't know what to say about it... checkout Nads blog or somethings... hihihi
I just took back home two helium balloons, and gave them to my roommates XD

I decided not to go to the dinner... and then decided to go to the dinner on Sunday... Sunday night, I decided i didn't want to go, afterall, especially when my nose is looking like a chipsmore cookie... Today, I bought a ticket to go to that dinner afterall... (yeah, I know I'm very fickle)
Perhaps if none of my friends go, I might just burn the ticket... *sigh* it cost me RM55

Watched Charlie and the Chocolate Factory... splendid movie, makes me feel like wanting to read the book again... i can't remember how old i was, when i was hooked to Roald Dahl's books... I particularly enjoyed Mathilda, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Witches, Danny and the Champion of The World, and The BFG... oh, i also loved The Giraffe and the Pelly and Me :D
Then we had to pick my brother from school, send him home, and returned to the shopping complex.. hehehe.. I would have brought my brother along, but my mom wanted him to stay at home and study... which i doubt he did XD ...and, we continued shopping...
I also got my hair trimmed XD well, layered, actually... back home, my family didn't noticed my layered hair, till i told them, but as i went online and met Zaid on the webcam, he noticed it straightaway... hihihi
My new guild, Celestial Dawn (CD) is fun... although I haven't posted much, I've been lurking the boards a lot, and I find it full of fun and drama ;)

On the trip back from Rompin, I kept thinking of what I'll write about it in here... I summed up the whole experience as bittersweet for me...

Finally going somewhere with my friends...
Got a nice black 100% cotton T-shirt, embroided with the actuary symbol and UiTM... for RM20
Saw a wild pig in the school grounds on saturday... XD I wish i brought my camera...
Saturday night BBQ... splendid!
Saturday night on the beach... such a clear sky... i've never seen so many stars at night in my life so far... the night sky was totally beautiful
Shopping... not really...
Bitter:
The missing bus... waited for three hours till it was announced that no bus was scheduled to take us there... but luckily they manage to get one 4 hours later...
The noisy bunch... I don't even know whether I'd call them seniors, but they just won't keep their voices down... throughout the whole trip...
The heat... it was very very hot, especially when the power supply got cut...
The planning... although I find the planning of the trip personally unfavorable, kudos to those who managed to pull everything together, and made the trip a success
The trash talk... By those who didn't do anything, but complain about the people who did, even though there were blunders... i mean, if u can do better, why didn't u step up to do the work yourself?

The missing bus... waited for three hours till it was announced that no bus was scheduled to take us there... but luckily they manage to get one 4 hours later...
The noisy bunch... I don't even know whether I'd call them seniors, but they just won't keep their voices down... throughout the whole trip...
The heat... it was very very hot, especially when the power supply got cut...
The planning... although I find the planning of the trip personally unfavorable, kudos to those who managed to pull everything together, and made the trip a success
The trash talk... By those who didn't do anything, but complain about the people who did, even though there were blunders... i mean, if u can do better, why didn't u step up to do the work yourself?

A week since my last post, and no, i didn't forget to post... I wanted to post last Friday, but the silly pc i was assigned to, had problems, so i couldn't log into blogger...
Tuesday was fine... nothing eventful happened...
Wednesday was our national day... (no lectures) :D i went back to college on that day as well, (Rudy droved me to college)
Before that, we went to his ex-roomate's party... wow... only on the way there, did i learn that he was already married, and he's celebrating his daughter's 1-yr old birthday... last i remember, was him accompanying my mom, aunt, bros and i to Las Vegas (since he was the only one who had a valid US license.... or something like that...) He even escorted me to the theme park, when my big bro was tired, and everyone else stayed in the hotel room... hehehe... that was at the end of the year 1999... XD
Back at college, I was spotted by the boss, and had to help her and her friends out... no worries... but apparently it seemed odd to some, that i'm in college that night...
Thursday was good. I guess... In my opinion, the test we had that day was easier than the tutorials... :D

At last I entered the residential court today as a defendant... hehe... i was on trial because i was charged for not fulfilling the required 80% attendance in the DINING HALL!
anyway, the Haze has gotten real bad... two cities declared emergency status.... checkout The Star newspaper for more info... I was in Bukit Raja shopping center in Klang for lunch with Nads and Bal... even the haze got inside the mall... well, at least the lectures were postponed... thank goodness... i wouldn't want to walk around UiTM in the haze...
Back to the dining hall, we as a group, went in, stood in a few rows, and the charge was read. Those who admit guilty, sit down, while does who plead not guilty, remain standing. We all sat. We just wanted to get this over with, even if we're not actually guilty... I'm not trying to justify myself, although I could, but I'm speaking for those who religously go to the dining hall to eat, and still get summoned... Go figure... If possible, go question the college itself :p

Leaving... On a Jet Plane...
Alas, Zaid's summer holidays in Malaysia ends today... Here was my initial plan: Go to class from 8.30 AM - 10.30 PM, and then head straight to Zaid's place, thus skipping the 1-hr class in the afternoon...
I end up skipping all the classes :p
That happened because my mom borrowed my car yesterday, and left the keys in her work bag... so today she went to work with my keys... and i only found out after I was all prepared to go to class with my socks on...
Anyhow, I managed to see Zaid off... His flight was at 3.15 PM... with the thick HAze, I hope his journey will run smoothly... :)
By the way, classes this week just got cancelled due to the Haze...

I'm so happy... they did a great job on it... there's no visible sign that i've been invloved in an accident, besides the fact that my car doesn't have back speakers.... *do'oh*

Busy week
I've been pretty occupied with stuff this whole week... So my posts may be a little slow... and empty :D
Well, I'll try and update my blog this weekend about what's been happening throughout the week, if I want... haha... Well, it's like two more weeks left before Zaid leaves to continue his studies in the united states... so I want to spend more time with him.. haha *duh* :P I hate that word usually :D

No internet since Monday... Sad.
I've been sleeping a lot in college, and I'm starting to feel depressed because of that accident... Although sometimes I seem happy and cheeky as usual, I always feel upset when I spot any red Kelisas and Proton Wajas... Argh... I really hate proton now...
No update about the accident besides that guy not reporting to the police station within 24hrs of the accident... Car repairs yet to begin... I think I'll only get my car back in about 2 months... Maybe longer... I don't intend to drive any other car but mine.
Being away from my online friends was one thing... I haven't even seen Zaid since the 7th of July. Yes.. I hear him everyday... that's what everyone says... so?
Yesterday I just signed up for wireless internet connection in college... The person in charge doesn't seem to know anything about the technical stuff.... So I don't know if it'll work... I'll just have to wait and see if I can connect to the internet from my room in college... I'm feeling pessimistic about it somehow...
Overall, I think I had a bad week... Everyday I wake up thinking about my car... Everyday I wonder.........

A light blue Proton Waja hit my car when I was driving on the middle lane of the federal highway at about 80 km/h... I was heading home from UiTM with four classmates (all girls) because we had about five hours to spare before the next class. After that car hit my car, I immediately pulled over, and so did he... He told me that he didn't see my car due to an eye injury, then he showed me his bruised right eye...
I called my dad for instructions, and later passed the phone to the guilty driver... While he was speaking to my dad, I looked at the damage on his car... Then I told my friends to take down his car registration plate... thankfully i did that... because...
After he passed the phone back to me, my dad was telling me to get his details including drivers licence, id details, etc... but as i hung up the phone, my friends just noticed that he already got back into his car... I turned around to see him take off... just like that.
Still shaken due to this accident being my first auto accident, I called my dad again... Soon, a few mechanics tried persuading me to take my car to their workshop... But I called the highway patrol instead... Later, we called up another friend to bring 3 of my classmates back to college, while Nads kept me company... (thanks Nads & all!!) My dad finally came a couple of hours later with a friend... Then we headed to the police station to make a report...
The number plate I took was the most important detail I took, because my description of the car matched the one in the police's record... So we can track him down :)
My car was towed to the workshop, because the bumper and whatever's behind it, was crushed onto my right rear wheel, therefore obstructing the rotation of that wheel... So tomorrow I have to drop by the workshop with my dad to access the situation and figure out how the payment involving insurance and stuff will be like... the initial estimate: 2000MYR
A lazy Sunday...
Spent the morning on neopets :D Created a new banner with the help of faustus... Tee hee hee...
Now I wish I can enter the banner for the big giveaway... :D But I can't award myself a prize :p
By the way, I went to college to register my room... I got the same old room and the same old bed that I've been having for the last two semesters... I hope this time, the traffic outside my room will notice the bump on the road and stop making to much noise when approaching that bump...
I also met up with Fhad and Shairah, and a few other acquaintances, while registering the residential college with Nads... Then I headed home... hehehe... I don't think I want to stay much in college, but I still want my room just in case :D
Now I better check my course schedule... Classes are starting tomorrow, yet I have no clue yet what time my classes are ;)

Woke up early today... Zaid had an early appointment with the dermatologist somewhere in Ampang... and his car keys are missing... So I had to drive to his place first... Luckily he offered to drive there... I hate driving into the city... :p
It was my first visit to a dermatologist... even though I'm not a patient, it was fun... the doctor had all sorts of equipment that you don't regularly see in a normal doctor's clinic.... they even had a fridge in the room for some chemicals... a laser machine... and all sorts... so, a the count of three, i'm supposed to close my eyes when they're using the laser...

three boats including mine was tied in 2nd place... and after the tie-breaker? we got 4th :( just missed out on a prize...
There was a lot of cursing on board the boat... With so many unpredictable wind... Oh well... isn't it always like that in Malaysia?
Next regatta will be somewhere next month... in Port Dickson... the Laxamana regatta... I'm thinking of entering the two-person boat for the fun of it... I just need to find a crew...

Other than that, I made an attempt to drive to Baya's house to collect my next semester's invoice (please don't ask how it ended up with her... it's entirely not my fault, and it's been bugging me so much) and got lost twice... I ended up in Tropicana... so i called off my search...
Then I woke up early today (for neopets and invoice)... tried messaging and calling Baya all morning... I got a reply at around half past noon on the way to pick up Anuar from school... She's not feeling well... So I thought of seeing her Monday, and replied suggesting that... there's no reply until now...
SIgh... really, I'm not upset at all at Baya... I'm just upset the way my invoice ended up with her from another 'friend'... who happened to forgot that she was holding my invoice...
and my guild on neopets? there's something big going on... both good and bad...

Two days ago, we celebrated the birthdays at Sunway Lagoon Resort Hotel's Italian restaurant, the Avanti... The food was ok, prices: through the roof, atmosphere: fantastic... the restaurant bill... approximately RM250... there goes a quarter of my first paycheck :p Two chefs, a waiter and waitress went from table to table, singing out some classic songs... apparently, they're from the Phillipines... superb singers... and they really cook for the kitchen too...
On neopets, finally got the full lab map pieces... with millions of thanks to diddy and mia :) now back to that petpet/plushie war with diddy... lol
Also have to start earning back my neopoints... :p

Today was a day with Zaid... We went to Midvalley Megamall to watch Batman Begins... Awesome movie! Now, Christian Bale is added to my list of actor crushes... :D Worth the watch... My rating for that movie: 10/10 :)

11th day of work... Friday, meaning, that today's operation hours is until 10 pm (1 hour longer than usual...) Teamed up with Derek again, and initially, we opt to do the Tinkerbell/Peter Pan booth... But shortly after, we were assigned to do the registration/reception for today... the last time I did that was last Friday :p
Anyway, everything was normal till about 9.20 pm... I was chatting with Derek and one of the Jusco employees, when we heard a loud crash... I looked over to my shoulder, thinking that one of the backdrop of machine fell down...
But apparently, a metal shutter fell from the 2nd floor above, right into our play area on the ground floor... exactly into our Tinkerbell booth... Thank goodness I didn't do that booth afterall... Also, fortunately nobody got hurt, as there was no children in the play area at that time... But it did send us all a tinge of paranoia especially when looking upwards... YIkes... and I may be doing that booth tomorrow...

phew... haven't been posting for awhile... :D after working for 8 days non stop, with 5 more days to go, it's getting tiring and tiring... Finally today, I was in chargo of the Kim Possible's booth... so that means I have taken care of all the 6 booths and reception counter at least once...
My feet are killing me :p My voice is getting hoarse... I haven't been playing neopets, except an occasional drop in on the guild message board...
Yesterday, we had Dawn supervising us instead of Siti, and today we had Angie taking charge... It was fun getting to know them...

My feet are killing me :p My voice is getting hoarse... I haven't been playing neopets, except an occasional drop in on the guild message board...

Smoke, smoke and more smoke...
4th day of work... We had at least 300 kids today... the most so far...
my partner and I were given the front desk again... the first pair to do the same thing again...
everything was normal except that as we neared our 4 pm break, the tinkerbell booth which featured a 'wind chamber' where kids put in their hands to try to catch a cut out of peter pan... was smoking...
lol... due to the large number of kids in line, that machine was switch on and off too often, that it suddenly stopped working, at smoke started to fill the mall...
the smoke was stop only after someone used a fire extinguisher onto the machine... then.. it's break time...
before that there was this one parent who wanted to send his daughter in, and i tried to explain that the machine is malfunctioning, and we're going to have our break... he tried to insist, and after awhile i just walked away to take of the children that's already inside, but trying to stifle their noses from inhaling the smog... in my head, i thought, isn't that guy concerned about his daughter's health at all? especially after he commented that he didn't care about the broken machine... just his daughter...
tomorrow we'll see... a public holiday and a saturday combined.... :P

Cold, wet, race...
Today was my fornight sail on the platu... there will be many sailing terms in this post.. :p
So today's team on Platu 1 includes me, juzzer, my dad, dominic and some guy called marco...
was quite a bad day for the team, as so many things went wrong... especially with the spinnaker...
we didn't leave the club until 1 pm, because there was a big storm and it was so cold... the rain was piercing on our skins... on the way to the race area, we also got stuck with one of the boats anchored on the way... it was main sail up and then down and then up again...
During the race, the spin kept getting tangled up with the shroud... urgh... so many problems... the outhaul was stuck... etc...
At the second race, as we were getting the spin up, the shackles somehow unshackled itself... at the spin's head and clews... it was actually up for a moment, when it suddenly collapsed, then the head got stuck at the spreaders... after finally untangling the spinnaker, we realized that the spin's halyard was all the way up at the mast... there was no way to get it down while we're still racing...
Even after the race, our engine couldn't start, and the wind died down... so we had to be towed by another boat all the way back to the club...
Back at the club, Dom borrowed a harness which I put on... After fastening me on the main halyard, I was hoisted up to retrieve the main halyard... It was amazing... Being afraid of heights, I actually enjoyed going up there, although I might not do so in the near future... For an idea how high I was hoisted, take a look at this picture of the platu...

Glitch
They call it a glitch in neopets... When all this while, once you're a member of a guild, you're not allowed to go to other guilds... ESPECIALLY their message board... But now, with that glitch going on, you can 'invade' other guild's message board... hehehehe... it's fun seeing so many ex-members of my guild coming in and chat... the board became so lively all day...
I checked other boards, and there was also 'trashing' one another, especially from rival guilds... at least, in a polite way... ;)
t3trino's friend started neo-mailing me today... quite a friendly chap :)
at home, did some chores, and installed the internal water filter in the fish bowl... the turtle tank was also cleaned...
at night, went to 1Utama and look for some shades for sailing... couldn't find a cheap and suitable one... next time, perhaps...

Managed to change my user lookup, shop, and pet lookup page on neopets...
myuu gave me http://www.bangsar.net/~ayin to play around with... there's nothing there yet... i couldn't find the dreamweaver cd, and i forgot how to use frontpage ^_^
besides, my cd-rom is acting up again, not being able to identify any cds inside it...
other than that, nothing much that is noteworthy happened in a couple of days...

One missed stop...
Went to Wangsa Maju's JPJ to accompany Zaid renewing his driver's license...
Since Zaid forgot to bring photos, we took some instant photos of him at a shop near the Wangsa Maju LRT station... But due to the fact that the photos turned out awful, he took a picture of him that I kept in my purse for his new license... Take note, that I already offered him that picture earlier, but he claimed that he wanted a more recent picture because he thinks he looks better now... Haha!
At the JPJ office, there were 130 people in queue!!! We got our call number at 12.05 pm, and was called at 1.55 p.m.... That's almost two hours...
On the way back, Zaid fell asleep in the LRT, and I was daydreaming, until I realised we missed our stop... *grin* Luckily I realised that when the train doors were closing on our stop, so naturally, we went off the train and board the opposite one back to our stop.

About 10.30 am, Zaid picked me up from home, and we headed to Midvalley Megamall... Seems early, right? Well, it's a public holiday, and he wanted to obtain tickets for the 12.30 pm Kingdom of Heaven... I couldn't understand why he didn't get them earlier, or at least made some bookings... His explanation was that the crowd would go after Star Wars Eps 3... I was still sceptical about his point, but I'm too lazy to argue this time.... hehe...
SO... as the elevator door opened, before us we saw a crowd lined up at the ticket counters... As we were halfway through, one of the screens noted that the tickets for the 12.30 pm show was selling fast... By the time we reached the counter, only the front row tickets were left... Then Zaid opt for the next screening which was at 3.20 pm... But even that show, only the first three rows were available... Really, I wasn't complaining... For me, there's no reason to... His self-guilt would suffice... *grin*
After purchasing those 3rd row from the screen 3.20 pm tickets, we stopped by at Dunkin Donuts for my breakfast... Then we met up with Yad, K Tasha, Man and his friend... They were devastated to find out that the movie starts at three... So we all ended up doing a little shopping before meeting for lunch at 1 pm at the Chicken Rice Shop... So before lunch, I bought 3 pairs of earrings and a pair of shorts from Quiksilver/Roxy... =^_^=
Between lunch and the movie, I bought another pair of shorts from Why Pay More? and had a round on Time Crisis 3... Then, the six of us played bowling... I beat Zaid by two points! (Ha ha!)
So the movie was ok... superb acting by Orlando Bloom, Marton Csokas, Eva Green, Edward Norton and all the others... To me, it was just a bit slow... and kinda violent...
Now... back at home... feeling sooooo sleepy...

Right... The results for last semester is out!
As usual, there are just so many students logged on that the whole student portal website was so slow....
So I finally scored straight A's again... Although this time, I'm not the only one... Up till now, I've come to know that there are 4 of us who scored a gpa of 4.00 : Nads, Me, Elle & Wani
Take note, I'm not saying that only the four of us scored 4.00 but that's the only people I've known so far that obtained that mark... I'm sure there's more to be revealed...

Yup... I just came back from watching Star Wars Episode III : Revenge of the Sith
Went with Apul, Zaid and Shu Yi to catch the 11.30 p.m. show at 1Utama... All of us, except Apul who had the tickets, thought that we were gonna watch the movie at Midvalley's GSC Cinemas...
It was quite crowded at the cinema... I'm not surprised...
I've no comment about the movie, except that seeing Anakin's actor in the Darth Vader suit, is funny... :D
Erm... I'm hungry... *grin*

When I woke up today, all I thought was that it is another normal Monday in my 2 and a half months of holiday... Todays agenda went through like this:
Lunch > Class at 2.30 pm > Dinner > Class at 8.30 pm
and of course, neopets, tv and other things in between...
The slight difference, I thought, was that I was going for help tutor Shalyn (Zaid's sis-in-law's youngest sis) at Hartamas at K Tasha's (Zaid's sis-in-law) house because apparently Shalyn was supposed to have a dental appointment in Hartamas...
So I thought, no problem.. I've been there before... so it wasn't such a big deal for me... I'm quite familiar with that place anyway...
On the way to Hartamas, it started to rain... I was already slightly behind schedule, that K Tasha even called me to ask me where I was... 'I'm arriving soon' was my reply, and I thought that she may think that I got lost...
When I finally arrived, and almost went into the wrong house *grin*, I was trying to get my umbrella when I saw K Tasha with an umbrella on her lawn... I waved at her, signalling that I'll be fine with my umbrella, so I tried to get my things together: bag and some chemistry notes that I got from my tution in form 5... Even as I got out of my car with the umbrella and pouring rain, I couldn't find my keys pulak to lock the door... Found it in my bag =D
Then I entered, the house, said hi and salam to K Tasha, then placed my stuff at the dining table... Then I looked around the house... trying to recall what I did the last time I went there... K Tasha went upstairs to call "Shalyn" down, and I was told she was in the toilet kejap...
The next thing I remembered was hearing a guy's voice saying Boleh cancel class tak? I looked up to see this tall guy in a cap and shades, wearing jeans and a faded t-shirt... Funny... =D I just stared at him... No words came out from me, but in my mind, there were millions of questions going through my head: Who is this guy? Is this Ya' (Zaid's brother & K Tasha's hubby)? No... he's too skinny to be him... Is this Shalyn's boyfriend or friend? Does he already have plans with her?
Hehehe... the questions may seem outrageous to many... the guy asked again whether class could be cancelled... I just responded by staring blankly at him... Even K Tasha was amused to see my reaction... Only then did he take off his shades and said 'Can't recognize me?' with a mischievous grin... I still kept quiet... By this time, I was staring in disbelief... 'It was his idea, there is no class...', said K Tasha just after the guy said, 'It's me, Zaid!'.
I guess, most people would respond my screaming, laughing, crying, overjoyed and all... I was just staring, trying to get the realness of the situation in... My mind was telling me, it's real! Zaid's standing in front of me... But somehow, it was so unbelievable...
After the truth finally sank in, all the details and pieces to the puzzle were revealed... There was no class, no dentist appointment, even no Shalyn in the house... He just arrived Malaysia at noon, and reached the house at 2 p.m., 30 minutes before my arrival... The conspiracy consisted of Zaid, K Tasha and Shalyn... I have to admit, I had no clue, no suspicions, completely unaware, that the surprise worked! Well done all of you! =p
Up till now, I still feel like I'm dreaming...
The surprise was followed by distribution of the goodies that Zaid brought back from the states... mostly food and dvds(why am I not surprised?)... Chatted for awhile, as this was the time I gathered all my answers about the surprise... Then I took Zaid to 1Utama for a snack... Ended up at A&W, some shops (i'm still hunting for a black shirt) and mph...
Then we headed to my place, greeted by t3trino (lil bro) at his computer... When he saw us come in, he was like, 'Zaaaaaiddddd!!!!'... I guess people would expect me to react that way =p Shortly after, Zaid attacked my computer... I guess changing back from broadband to dial-up connection was something he wasn't looking forward to... HA HA! Next, he met myuu (big bro) and my mom...
At 6 p.m., I send him back to K Tasha's place, because his next agenda was surprising his mom... I would've joined in, but I had mandarin class to go to... And just for the record, I had the impression, complete with flight details, that Zaid would be coming back to Malaysia in July...
There are a lot more details, but I can't remember them for the time being... you have to ask me myself *grin*
Besides, the post is getting too long... that it'll look to much like an essay, which is one thing that I'm trying to avoid...
Nevertheless... I'm sooooooo happy *still grinning*

Many people asked why we did badly in the 2nd race. The reason: we didn't know what the course was, so we just had to follow someone from behind... *grin* besides, it was mostly reaching all the way, so there wasn't much room for overtaking...
Now, what I meant by my title is just what happened in the boat... especially Justin a.k.a. Juzzer... hehehe... due to his experience a fortnight ago when he was almost thrown overboard 3 times, made him so reluctant to go to the foredeck...
Besides the usual faces, some people representing Tag Heuer... I think they went on one of the boats as well... Asha Gill was one of the celebrities that came with Tag Heuer... I dunno if there's anyone else, or perhaps I just can't recognize them *grin*
For the after-race gathering, we had some chicken wings and fries... But as usual, they arrived so late, while the team and I were so hungry... I wonder what's wrong with RSYC's F&B service... Consumed about 4 chicken wings and a handful of fries...
I'm so tired... So I'm staying home for dinner... Somehow, I'm feeling hungry again...
